I will make suggestions for improvement in areas where we see errors and improper use of QuickBooks. I will also identify areas where you may not be utilizing QuickBooks software to the fullest. These may include customizing reports and forms, changing QuickBooks company settings, and adding additional features. I will answer your questions and suggest personalized training as needed. Flat Rate Monthly Bookkeeping Services On a monthly basis, I will review all banking transactions for your Company's QuickBooks file. This includes checks, deposits, and other transactions affecting the checking account. It also includes estimates, invoices, credit memos, and customer transactions. It includes vendor transactions: bills, item receipts, checks, credit card charges, and purchase orders. I will perform the bank reconciliation for the bank account(s). Each month I will provide you reports for internal management use. QuickBooks Diagnostic Service I will review your QuickBooks data and prepare a Recommendations Report to help you get the most out of your QuickBooks implementation. Payroll Processing Using QuickBooks Online Payroll, I can setup and run your payroll weekly, bi weekly, monthly, semi-monthly. Bonus and commissions may also be scheduled based upon your needs. I will submit your state and federal payroll tax payments on your behalf. Employees have the ability to setup their own username and password to submit their timesheets for approval and view their pay stubs.
