I was hired to centralize payables to stock suppliers using NetSuite ERP. 1 week after, I was able to quickly and accurately adapt to the task assigned. Lifting the workload for all of my Finance teammates as prior to my start, the task was divided among them. We have around 80 stock suppliers, 50 stores, and on average I was reconciling 250 invoices daily -- converting statement PDFs to MS Excel, consolidating and preparing data for upload, processing it in NetSuite.
