    What I am offering: Let me take responsibility for your family law cases that need a little more attention. I offer drafting, file management and logistical services from the initial intake to the final order. How it works: 1, After a client has retained your services, you make an introduction by email and forward any intake paperwork you have already collected. 2. I make contact with the client and draft the documents necessary for their case. I maintain careful notes to keep you informed about those little details and nuances that come to light when real life meets paper. From the beginning I get the client working towards the documents needed for initial disclosures and I draft those disclosures when ready. I handle getting the client approval before sending the drafted documents back to you for final edits, approval and e-filing. 3. I will handle all communications to arrange for service, mediation, court dates, etc. using either your preferred providers or my own. 4. Feel free to keep me copied on emails regarding negotiations, temporary orders and mediated settlement agreements. If you need me to step in on a case I am always caught up and ready to go. 5. I will handle drafting discovery requests based on the case specifics, and then I will prepare discovery request responses. 6. When the time comes I will draft the final order and coordinate approval from your client and opposing counsel.
