The services I provide are: ☑️ Assessments, interviews and other inquiries to properly ascertain areas where financial practices can be improved ☑️ Development of processes, procedures and models that can be applied to properly control and manage financial activities ☑️ Training, mentoring and other guidance to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Client and/or Client personnel in the area of financial management ☑️ Preparing monthly and yearly financial statements to analyze the health of the business to include the following: Executive Summary, Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Budget Variance Report (Budgeted vs Actual Results) ☑️ Accurate coding of income and expenses of the business via QuickBooks Online ☑️ Bank and QuickBooks reconciliations ☑️ Weekly Client invoicing ☑️ Follow-up on past due invoice to increase cash flow. ☑️ Processing of payroll ☑️ Ensuring the payroll taxes are paid electronically ☑️ Being the focal point for payroll communications ☑️ Processing all bill payments to vendors, payments for tradelines, and utilities/office expenses (all payments will require an invoice/statement prior to payment being sent) ☑️ Assist Client with the preparation of the annual budget ☑️ Preparing journal entries to ensure accuracy as it pertains to the balances of each account at the end of the month ☑️ Suggesting and implementing tax saving strategies ☑️ Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes to the appropriate agencies ☑️ Assisting with document preparation for Certified Public Accountant in support of annual tax filings ☑️ Assist with remitting 1099s to all Contractors annually by January 31st ☑️ Assist with building the proper profiles for all Contractors in QuickBooks Online ☑️ Preparing and gathering documentation for audit support ☑️ Assisting with reorganizing past files and keeping current files organized ☑️ Assisting with the implementation of time tracking and payroll system ☑️ Assisting with the registration of new companies/dissolution of current companies in different jurisdictions Let's get started 🤗
