Developing custom configurations for Incident, Change, Problem, Release, Certificate, Supplier, Security, and Demand Management modules. The main Administrator for all Discovery and CMDB activities. Assist with Event Management and Service Mapping activities. Assisted in multiple integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Oracle, Nagios, AppDynamics, SCCM, Kubernetes, Salesforce, etc.)  Collect, analyze and present monthly company product portfolio KPIs, application performance metrics, and SLAs to senior management.  Assist Certificate Management in maintaining renewals and distributing new SSL Certificates.  Assist in PagerDuty daily Administration and integration of users, groups, and business services between PagerDuty and ServiceNow. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:  Automated incident creation and support team paging from events or alerts via various applications or business services monitored by one or more following: Azure OMS/AppInsights, AWS, AppDynamics, Nagios, Microsoft SCCM, Kubernetes, and others.  Completed the integration of the Oracle ERP System's HR employee and company customer databases to ServiceNow.  Established real-time application (business service) availability/uptime metrics within the platform,mobile device alerting and status to senior leaders or critical stakeholders during a major incident.  Created a Certificate Management renewal request form to gather multiple values and then updated the main workflow that would otherwise require user licensing.
