I offered products, closed sales, offered solutions, listened to customers' woes and complaints. My job as an Inbound/Outbound sales agent was the most satisfying for me. I knew that I always had that innate desire in me to market or to sell, to get results that I want. Persuading customers has taken precedence over financial gains. Albeit, because of quadrupling my efforts, I almost always got the highest commission not once, not twice but for several consecutive months.
