    With over 20 years of healthcare operations and consulting experience, I have drawn upon my management, Lean and analytical thinking to effectively serve the customer, business and client’s operational and strategic needs. My experience is unique, as I started out as a social worker, providing therapeutic services for a variety of patients. I consider this to have been my most impactful degree, as my active listening skills and passion for helping others has played a significant role in my success. Seeing and hearing the obstacles my patients faced, I decided to pursue an MBA in healthcare management so that I could more effectively understand the intricacies of the industry. It was here that I first came across Lean methodologies, and I instantly became infatuated. I knew this was something worth drawing upon to have a significant impact on healthcare operations. As I continued to learn Lean and have success in optimizing processes, I decided to pursue my JD to further impact the industry. The degree allowed me to not only learn the law and improve my writing but taught me how to more effectively dissect a problem with a heightened analytical mindset to tease out what information is most valuable to determine how to solve a problem. My passion to help clients, businesses and individuals to perform up to their ability by eliminating operational waste while continuing to learn something new in every venture I take on is the reason why I am effective at what I do.
