    I am the founder and chief mechanical engineer of Covalo Industries (covalomotion.com). I have over 10 years of work experience from mechanical design, to machining and carbon fiber part fabrication. My professional experience has been spent working within the aerospace (Raytheon Technologies) and automotive industries (JTEKT/Koyo Bearing). I specialize in gear system design and machine system designing. I have the abilities to design and construct complex mechanical systems: -Perform FEA analysis -Shaft torsional and bending analysis to spec bearings -Motion simulations -Gear system design (multi stage gear sets, shaft design, housing design, flash temperature analysis and lubrication assessment). -Fatigues analysis -DWG creation (detail parts, mechanical installs and complex assemblies) -Sheet metal design/DWG creation -Vacuum forming design and DFM -Injection molding part design -Carbon fiber part design and mold design -Technical Writing I have other highly experienced design engineers who work with me as sub-contractors for large jobs of complexity, if your project requires it. I can support your project through every step of the process, beginning with design and prototyping to full production deliverables. I have both in-house 3D printing capabilities and CNC machining. I can also perform minor mechanical assemblies, and build functional prototypes. My top priority is offering great customer service, while delivering top quality.
