What I am offering: Let me take responsibility for your family law cases that need a little more attention. I offer drafting, file management and logistical services from the initial intake to the final order. How it works: 1, After a client has retained your services, you make an introduction by email and forward any intake paperwork you have already collected. 2. I make contact with the client and draft the documents necessary for their case. I maintain careful notes to keep you informed about those little details and nuances that come to light when real life meets paper. From the beginning I get the client working towards the documents needed for initial disclosures and I draft those disclosures when ready.
