Please consider this when comparing me to a junior recruiter on here, completing a dozen or fewer projects. Next, MY bill rate is designed to invite you to consider me as an alternative to hiring a salaried recruiter! I could charge far more based on the "complete solution" systems,/tech stack, and workflow I provide, but I am priced to be your long-term partner! And, I do work with multiple search firm partners that use me as their candidate pipeline and bundle our services into their fees. But... if you want me to charge you an additional $10 to $30 per hour more per hour because you think you get what you pay for? Well, then just let me know and I'll be more than happy to oblige ;) If not, then please enjoy top-tier search-firm level service, with the tools and resources I pay for and at a price you can afford! Let's start with what you want to know immediately: Delivery timelines: over 80% of roles I work on are successfully closed in 3 to 5 weeks. For 1 "position type" (either remote or in 1 general location) I will need no more than 10-15 billable hours per week (depending on the number of positions & complexity of the search). I "do" offer billable hours discounts for 5-7 roles worked on and then again at 8 or more positions worked on, at the same time. As for myself, I am front-end Recruitment research, prospective candidate marketing campaign, phone prospecting, and phone screening services professional and strategist, with my own tools and database, ready to deliver better results than a staffing or executive search firm, and perform better than a typical full-time, w-2 recruiter.
