Manage emails, acknowledge and email responses, answer and resolve Vendor/Client concerns, issues and escalations.     EXPERIENCED LOGISTICS PROFESSIONAL (Airfreight Operations, Pricing and Sales Representative, Digital Marketing and Social Media Management) Duties & Responsibilities: •Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to develop competitive pricing strategies •Work with a global network of agents, carriers, vendors, and customers to provide timely and accurate international quotes and logistics work. •Train new hires with the essential skills required to utilize CRM and our pricing procedures proficiently. •Develop and maintain good relationships with customers •Create internal operational process documents to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance •Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues that arise •Coordinate the booking procedure to ensure proper documentation to avoid customs issues Air Freight Operations Process Air Freight Registration through Cargowise •Air Cargo Automation through ICS.- ensure cleared status for shipments arrived over the weekend (Qantas / Toll Dnata / Menzies) Monitor Team Productivity Reports and KPI •Attend client meetings and management internal meetings for process updates or improvements •Collaborate with ISO audit requirements for accreditation •Post Accounts Payable and Receivable Invoices and Audit Consol (Job Profit and Loss) •Report E-commerce Parcels through CyberFreight •Work on Out-turns and Warehouse Check-ins •Train new colleagues with the essential knowledge required •Track and Trace Shipments Status •Develop and maintain good relationships with clients Digital Marketing • Social Media Management (Schedule posts through Hootsuite, FB Business Manager) • Basic Graphics Design • Provide General Trainings such as Business Communication, Workspace Training etc. • Email Marketing through WIX Platform • General Virtual Assistant I have more than 9 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry and almost a year in a Digital Marketing Company as a Project Manager.
