Having been a co-founder and COO of a fully remote marketing consulting firm with a team of 20, I have experience in basically all aspects of business needs, including operations, finance, sales, and marketing. I've consulted for major companies, including Netflix, Dropbox, Github, and Stack Overflow; mostly based in Silicon Valley, and mostly valued at over $1Bn. However, I've also worked with multiple startup companies and mid-sized companies, both new and established, in a range of industries. This diversity of experience gives me something of a unique perspective on companies of all sizes, as well as the ability to serve multiple roles for a company. I've also been a Linux system administrator for over 20 years, with extensive experience in all aspects of computer and cloud technology. So I can do things like performing a forensic data recovery on a corrupt drive, or automating cloud data ingestion and processing, or deploying an open source tool on a server to replace an expensive SaaS product, while also developing an organization's marketing strategy, streamlining operations, and creating automated financial forecasting spreadsheets, as a few examples.
