Have extensive knowledge of UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS as well as freight carriers and their processes. Have learned the many tricks to auditing UPS, FedEx shipments and can identify when you are not receiving your full incentives and discounts. Their pricing systems are so complex it is very hard for the average shipper to know if they are receiving all the discounts they have earned. Despite no longer running my own shipping business I maintain contacts and relationships with shipping partners around the country. Since working in consulting I have been doing a huge amount of carrier auditing, you will want to make sure that you are taking advantage of all the incentives and discounts you are entitled to.
