For Sales Process and Demos: SPIN Selling/general consultative problem-solving. CRM: Preferred: Close, Pipedrive, HootSuite. Also experienced with: Zoho, Salesforce, and others. Preferred compensation: Some reasonable hourly rate consistent with Upwork platform (what I have listed is just a guide - I am flexible on the hourly), but I prefer my primary compensation to be tied directly to my sales closes/outcomes. I look for opportunities with proven upside potential based on my outcomes. Notes on leads: I work with inbound leads only. You MUST have inbound leads. I call, email, SMS, and manage leads from initial contact through close. I do NOT cold call/cold email.
