30+ years experience with my own award-winning shipping business, worked within our industry to train other shippers for more than ten years. They were taught at locations around the US to prepare and allow them to grow their own shipping business. Since working in consulting I have been doing a huge amount of carrier auditing, you will want to make sure that you are taking advantage of all the incentives and discounts you are entitled to.
