I'm a Columbia-educated Mechanical Engineer with 7+ years experience in product design, CAD modeling, and 3D printing/rapid prototyping. I've designed and built a wide array of products including wearables, tools, manufacturing robots, and medical devices. My products are focused on creating a positive user experience using data-driven/consumer research-driven design and innovative manufacturing techniques. I am very proficient in SolidWorks and can also work in Autodesk Inventor & Fusion. I am comfortable working with a wide array of materials for physical prototypes, including plastics (3D printed or laser-cut), metals (aluminum & steel primarily), and soft goods (ie, textiles & synthetic fabrics). I am also capable with electronics & software and can easily integrate them with hardware products. For prototyping, I own 3 Prusa Mk3S 3D printers and a small laser-cutter and can use them to very quickly deliver professional-quality physical versions of your design. I have soldering irons and other electronics prototyping tools and can do this in-house. I also have limited access to metalworking tools and more industrial-grade machinery for projects that require more advanced manufacturing.
