    This is gonna feel a bit weird, but I believe honesty is the foundation of every great relationship. So instead of spending half this page telling you how amazing I am and why you SHOULD hire me, I’m gonna give 3 incredibly specific reasons why you should NOT. Because for 95% of people reading this, I am THE WORST copywriter you could hire. And I feel you should know that going in. First up... 1. I reuse to be boring. I hate reading boring things just as much as you. So it's much more enjoyable for me to write in a way that's fun and engaging. A great side effect of this is other people (like your customers) will never have to worry about being put to sleep with lifeless words. But often times, this is done by other writers for mostly selfish purposes. 2. I don't use cookie cutter templates or "typical" sales copy. If you're looking for someone to churn out extremely templated copy that looks and feels like everyone else's, you definitely should NOT to hire me. Yes, I can help you with "converting copy". And yes, I know what it means to "create a funnel". But in my experience, tactics are secondary. The most important thing is writing copy that's so distinctly you... so viscerally part of your brand that your ads, your emails, and your products are the first and last things your customers think about every day. So if you want generic things, sorry. You'll have to look elsewhere. 3. I work completely backwards and slowly! Most writers you'll work with jump straight into writing as fast as they can. Their primary goal is signing lots of clients fast. But if we choose to work together, I will do the opposite. I will spend an odd amount of time researching your customers, your market and (most important to me) the types of copy you LOVE. In fact, I normally send a 15-part questionnaire to every client whose project I'm considering. Because although it's just as important to get the job done, I want to do it in a way that actually resonates with your readers. And I have no interest in churning out lots of quick copy for lots of clients. I want to choose partners and projects where getting it right is more important than doing it fast.
