    Hi there, My name is Jessica, I’m 32 years old and I’m Italian ( Milan based). Let me tell you a bit more about myself: For the last year I worked as virtual assistant/ marketing assistant for a few Shopify dropshipping stores. The main activities I used to do for the store were: taking care of customer enquiries, proofreading ads, updating the Shopify store when needed, speaking with suppliers, and doing market research in terms of new products and competitors. In terms of marketing activities, I was taking care of social media, creating content for marketing emails, and dealing with " influencers" in our niche. The owner of the store was based in Dubai so we had a 4 hours difference but I don't find it difficult working on different time zones. One of the stores is shut now and the second one is unfortunately about to close because the traffic had a huge drop after Valentine's Day 2023. I'll be happy to give you the name of the stores over a call so you can have a look! My job as virtual/marketing assistant was basically a side hustle ( 10-17 hours per week) but my main work is sales: for instance I work for a London-based company as a Sales Development Representative where my main activities are: LinkedIn/SalesNav research, email outreach ( highly personalised/automated workflows email campaigns) and meeting with customers together with some B2B marketing tasks. Let me share some words about my previous experiences: I have a couple of Etsy stores and I had, for about 6 months during Covid, my own Shopify store selling print-on-demand/ dropshipping jewellery. Thanks to these previous experiences I know how to use: Google ( analytics, keywords, trends), FB Ads, Shopify and Canva, Klavyio + a few other tools. I have some pretty good skills: fluent in English ( I only work in English) and in Spanish + Italian mother tongue. Clever, well organised, team player but also able to work alone, precise, fast. Never miss a deadline. Always up for a challenge and to learn something new! I’m looking for a little extra job ( max up to 16-20 hours per week) because I just purchased my first flat and it's always good to have some extra cash to make it cosy and pay the mortgage 😉 In my free time I love : hiking, exercising, hanging out with friends, good wine, good cuisine and having fun!
