    OBJECTIVE Focused and driven Mechatronics Engineer experienced in a variety of programming languages and engineering skills. Current experience includes IoT R&D and developing smart devices. PROJECTS • Controlling Seven Segments of Spartan 6 (FPGA) Board: Programmed the FPGA in Verilog in ISE Design Suite (Xilinx) software which in state 1, reads input from 4 switch buttons as binary input and displays the corresponding digit on a Seven Segment Display. In the second state, the program automatically incremented the displayed digit from 0 to 9 at a 3-second interval by using Clock of FPGA Board. In the third state, it waited for a push button input to increase the number by 1 per second on the Seven Segment Display. • Analysis of MEMS Device Designed an Inertial Safety and Arming MEMS Device using SolidWorks. Additionally, I performed comprehensive analysis on ANSYS Workbench (Mechanical) to conduct Modal, Static and Explicit Dynamics analysis, allowing me to observe the behavior of the microstructure design. • Kinematics Analysis of Delta Robot Conducted extensive manual kinematics analysis for parallel robots, with a focus on Delta robots. Proficient in performing inverse, forward, and velocity kinematics calculations by hand. Utilized mathematical equations and geometric principles to determine precise robot positions, Jacobian, and identify singularities for optimizing overall performance. • Fire & Gas Control System: Developed a safety system incorporating gas sensors integrated with ESP32 boards. The sensors were placed in kitchens, with a Raspberry Pi acting as the intermediary device, connected to the cloud. The sensors provided continuous readings at 5-second intervals. If the values exceeded a pre-set threshold, an alert was triggered and sent to the Raspberry Pi and admin phone through the cloud. In case the values exceeded a limit that posed a danger to human safety, the server sent a command to open electric locks, facilitating easy and swift evacuation from the hazardous area. The safety system provides a reliable and effective solution to address safety concerns related to gas leaks and ensures a timely response in case of emergencies. • Detection, Tracking and Aiming of an Object using Single Camera (Image Processing): Using servomotors and raspberry pi (python coded), a security system was designed to detect an unauthorized person and track his motion using image processing and aiming it through laser unit. • Line Follower and Obstacle Avoider Robot: A robotic design to follow a line or a path already predetermined by the user. The designed robot has the ability to change the path using ultrasonic sensor for detection of obstacles based on the emission and receiving of sound waves. • Speed and Direction Controlled DC Motor: It has 2 different circuits which are coupled, one is used to control the direction of motor by using transistors (H-Bridge Circuit) and other is used to control speed of motor by using potentiometer. • Single Layer PCB Designing: Designed a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) of a Microcontroller (Arduino UNO) on Easy EDA software. Other than these projects, I have experience on different controller such as Arduino, ESP 32, ESP 8266, ESP32-CAM, Raspberry pi, Spartan 6 (FPGA) I worked on different software like Espressif IDF, Arduino IDE, ATMEL Studio, ISE Design Suite (Xilinx), Visual Studio Code, MATLAB, Dev C++, LogixPro, WinProLadder I also worked on CAD Software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS Workbench. other then these software, I am currently working on Esp32 for different IoT applications and in it I am using networking protocol UDP with Wi-Fi. and along with it using messaging protocol MQTT for server based communication.
