    I worked for 9 years at Maugan srl - Il Bussetto, a company specializing in small leather goods in Milan, Italy. My role encompassed the following responsibilities: Customer Service Provided customer support via phone, email, and social media (Facebook and Instagram) in English, as most customers were from outside Italy. This role also involved handling returns of previously purchased items through the online shop powered by Shopify. Translation Translated newsletters, press releases, and social media posts (Facebook and Instagram). Although this was not my main task, I handled it whenever necessary. This experience also helped me become a fast typist. Outbound Logistic Prepared and packaged orders for private customers and stores (both online and brick-and-mortar), including creating waybills and customs documents. Occasionally, I also generated invoices when required. Inbound Logistic Managed orders, including receiving and creating customized orders and sending them to the factory via Excel forms. Managed warehouse stock by checking the availability of products on B2B and B2C platforms (WordPress and Shopify, respectively). When products were out of stock, I arranged refill orders to be sent to the factory. I also procured goods for outbound logistics (packaging and similar needs) and other materials to ensure the proper operation of the office, such as stationery Regarding my Portuguese skills, I developed them over 8 years due to my relationship with a Brazilian woman. We converse daily in Portuguese, and I further refined my skills through annual travels to Brazil.
