I graduated the course of mechanical engineering of The Tokyo University of Science (Bachelor of Engineering from Tokyo University of Science), started working at Hitachi in 1983. I was in charge of development of Floppy Disc as a member of staff. I learned the basics of mold making. It was difficult to control distortion of the shell of a disk at the beginning of development, and the torque overload. I tuned the molding conditions of the mold finely as an emergency measure. After that I then quantified the distortion and used it as the basis for subsequent design changes on 2D drawings. I was transferred to practical use testing group of design division. I was in charge of test, quality control improvement of the personal computer equipment like the Disk drive system. It was around this time that I started using spreadsheet software. I was transferred to the marketing division to March 96 from Apr 92. I negotiated with the engineer of drive makers, main customers for technical problem. I was in charge of project control between the sales department, the design department and the technical department, the research center. I was using the Gant charts in handwriting at the time. I was in charge of marketing of both DVD and Floppy Disk(Japanese Patent System: J-PlatPat; 生明俊彦). in 1996, I resigned Hitach Maxell, Inc and I joined the company which my father had managed. I was in charge of design, production, maintenance of both the screw conveyor and the chain conveyor. It was around this time that I started using 2D CAD. From 2009 to 2014, I have experience working for a machine tool manufacturer, a heat treatment machine manufacturer, and NAVFAC(I have Second-Class Boiler, Hazardous Materials Engineer in Class B Group 4,TOEIC Test Score 650). From 2014 to 2022, I had started managing an apartment complex, which was a family-owned property. It was around this time that I started using Microsoft Access (Fundamental Information Technology Engineer Examination IP-2011-04-10170, Microsoft Office Specialist; wLYvw-kxzE) and I have got The Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping, Grade 4. I have studied 3DCAD(Inventor, Fusion) since 2022.
