I am a lean six sigma black belt from the Villanova University with a lot of experience in project management. I've been involved in service companies and provided support to major transnational companies such as Capital One, Sprint, Comcast, Now Optics and more. One of my greatest achievements was to reduce the average phone time on the customer service calls that was handled by a contact service team from 10 minutes to only 5. We managed this by executing a large project using the DMAIC methodology., this managed to save up to 6 million dollars in labor and call center related expenses. Additionally, I've managed to increase the CSAT score from campaigns such as Capital One, MoneyGram and others by identifying the CTQs of the quality guidelines and standardizing them through all their sites. We were not able to quantify the financial impact of this achievement, but it was definitely noticeable across the board. Finally, another of my greatest achievements was to build and lead a continuous improvement department for a company called Now Optics, where I hired, trained and lead a group of 5 lean six sigma yellow belts, and we were able to promote the continuous improvement culture across the entire company.
