All the required documents shall be numbered and named based on the checklist, and if you omit the attention to details, you will be marked negatively. Next is the time and calendar management. On a day-to-day basis, time is the most valuable thing that you can have. All the wasted seconds of your time daily will result to shortcomings. So it is necessary to plan ahead. So I always plan ahead and take notes of all the task that I have to finish within a day or task that I have to comply with on the following days. With the time ethics, every second will not be wasted if you give awareness of the time passing by from your life. Then the most important as an Admin Assistant is the communication, oral and written, with the stakeholders and the team. My task as an Admin Assistant is a support with the organization to make the flow of the work smooth. In every task, there is someone that needs to be satisfied with the result, so to make sure of this, I always communicate with the client and the team. I also provide updates and reports of the task for the team and collaborate with them. In my early years as an Admin Assistant, I hone my skills required for this job.
