I’m 30 years old and live in Stockholm. I have a background as an engineer from The Royal Institute of Technology, and I have worked as a management consultant, project leader, right hand to the CEO, and more recently as a culture strategist. I believe that some of the largest contributions I make are my curiosity, my willingness to learn new things, my ability to listen and lift others, my patience and inner calm, my honesty, and my productivity. I thrive in structured chaos and love solving problems. From my time as a management consultant and as right-hand to the CEO in two different roles, my responsibilities have included board work, being a member of the Senior Management team, and driving projects across all departments related to ways of working, processes, and strategy. Some of the more technical capabilities I take with me from these roles are my ability to create structure and break down problems into clear and actionable steps, to drive several projects in parallel, to visualize and present ideas both in writing and presentation, and to set strategies and form action plans. During the last two years, I have spent an increasing amount of time on questions related to learning and well-being in the workplace and worked closely with the People & Culture Director at my employer before becoming a freelancer in order to pursue people and culture work full-time. Some of the areas I’ve done work in are competence development, HR & Culture strategy, storytelling and presentations, structure and efficiency, facilitation and conflict mediation, coaching, and project management. A pivotal moment for me was reading Laloux’s book “Reinventing Organizations” which fundamentally changed my perception of what work can and should be, and ignited a fire within me and a desire to support organizations in becoming more human-centric. My IKIGAI reads “I build community and support people with self-improvement and getting in touch with their inner worlds, by facilitating and creating experiences, by making ideas come alive, and by taking care of myself first so I can take care of others.” and serves as a guiding star for the work that I do. 3 notable projects include: First, I created a new way of working for a company based on decentralised decision-making. The project was completed during a 4-month period; From idea to 6 teams up and running with clear priorities and initiated projects. Second, I helped a company define new core values and suggested initiatives to integrate the core values in daily work. The project consisted of developing and carrying out a process to identify the new values with help from the organisation, writing a “culture manifesto” of almost 100 pages which is a visual representation of the values and culture, and support in rolling out the new values through a full-day workshop with team exercises. Third, I held several presentations and workshops. After being a mediator in a conflict, I wrote a guide to support the organization in handling conflict (Medium: Managing conflict with a colleague), including manuals to use during a conflict and a follow-up workshop on nonviolent communication. Who I am as a person: 3 of my deepest core values are honesty, vulnerability, and courage. I love moving my body and do so through CrossFit, climbing, running, and yoga. I meditate daily. I find peace when I hike in the Swedish mountains. I enjoy winter baths. I play guitar and sing. I live in a co-living with 5 friends. I’m active in ManKind Project, which is a program for personal development for men, where I’ve both been a participant and a leader. I love challenges and have through that ran a half-marathon, danced ballet, and taken cold showers every day for three months. It has been my intention to try to put into words who I am, what I have done, and what I value and believe in. Every row of data was inconsistently split after every 5th row. The source data was around 500 rows and after cleaning was around 193 rows. The metadata included were the following: 'FEN code', 'White 1st Move', 'Black Response, 'White Mate in 2 Move' and 'Game' which includes the players, year and country.
