As I've gotten older and grown with my work, I have leaned heavily into trope-driven romance, dark romance, mystery/thriller, and horror/ paranormal fiction. I love the topics because I don't get turned off by taboo topics and I'm willing to go as dark as someone would like. On top of the fiction writing, I have also worked with true crime and historical fiction scripts for Youtube. I've been passionate on the two topics for years and deep dive type research is a frequent past time.
