Based are defined thresholds and weighting each customer was put into one of five categories (1 Star - 5 Star). I created virtual tables to be able to show the metrics and star ranking for each customer but also an aggregated table for each star ranking. 3️⃣ Report Builder and Power Automate ✉️Through Report Builder I created an email template showing a summary AR for each customer and detail AR report for attachment to the email. Used Power Automate to run a SQL for current sales team members and then send a custom report to each person.
