    SMALL SAMPLES OF REPORT BUILDING EXPERIENCE Bank Operations Scorecard (excel VBA and Sharepoint) This is a performance report for all areas within Bank Operations. It will list volumes, dollars, SLA percentages, and numerous other key performance and risk indicators in an easy to read format. This allows management to have a very high level view of how each area is performing. Due to not having a data source which contains all information, I also developed a shared "raw data" report contained within SharePoint which is used by all managers to enter the data which is automatically imported into the Scorecard. Once all information has been entered, the report is automatically distributed via Visual Basic macros. Testing Status Report (PBI and Sharepoint) This report was developed to give a brief overview of the current state of the testing process for each control. The data is automatically imported from a SharePoint list via Visual Basic macro. Automated Virtual Vault Reconciliation (excel VBA) Developed a process through Visual Basic for our Virtual Vault team to reconcile transactions automatically instead of manually, which saved them at least 2 hrs daily. Control Testing Automation (excel VBA) Developed numerous automation processes for control testing through Visual Basic, which decreased the amount of testing time by a minimum of 50%. Testing Status Report Automation (excel VBA and Sharepoint) Created and maintained a weekly status report which provides management a quick overview of where we are in the testing process in each quarter. Key Risk Indicator Report (excel VBA) Created a quarterly report to give an overview of the health of each area within Bank Operations based on 4 contributing factors. This allows management to quickly prioritize Key Risk Indicators. Scorecard Report (excel VBA and Sharepoint) Built an automated Scorecard Report that is delivered monthly which gives a breakdown of each area's statistics, SLAs, incoming and outgoing credits and debits, etc....
