Computer and Network issues thru VPN also go through our team. Allegis Group is a global recruiting company with a growing number of people, we also handle other issues that the client may request. Prior to working with Cognizant, I also worked as a Level 2 Technical Support for 247 Customer Philippines. I handled network and internet concerns for Time Warner Cable. Issues with connection LAN, Wireless Provisioning up to Dispatch is needed. Part of the support that we also provide is setting up users' emails by POP server then migrated to IMAP. Wireless devices are also part of the support. We assist callers in connecting gadgets to their home network.
