    I've developed Power BI reports since 2015 in Portland Oregon. Since then I’ve had success (and a ton of fun) creating countless reports and dashboards for various customers in a wide variety of industries including software, insurance, sports equipment, consulting, healthcare, and manufacturing. I also have extensive experience with training others how to develop reports using Power BI and have successfully trained over 50 people with with common tasks and best practices not limited to: data modeling, DAX, creating advanced visualizations, and requirements gathering. I've led successful trainings in a variety of mediums including recorded training modules, one on one deep dives, and in-person and remote group sessions. Lately I have also been focusing on developing self service-reporting models compatible with Excel and Power BI which can be a great option for democratizing reporting in addition to traditional reports. Report renovation is also a skill I have a ton of experience with. Renovation is a great strategy in a variety of scenarios but especially if you have any lingering access/excel reports floating around your organization. Power BI can be a great modernization tool for consolidating, automating, and optimizing these legacy reports all while minimizing cost.
