Create a document based on the issues or a solution document etc. Using google apps to save the documentation and do a collaboration with the other team. We used also viber for communication. Then, for issues escalated we used a ticketing system (freshservice). As a Clerk, 2 years in a Food company also a previous job, I do some documentation, arrangements of filing, check the document process then, dates if it is up to date. We have a monthly and yearly audit we assured the filing and documents are corrects. I do also a encoding in the computer to input the data from document or a hard copy to excel.Microsoft PowerPoint
