As a Clerk, 2 years in a Food company also a previous job, I do some documentation, arrangements of filing, check the document process then, dates if it is up to date. We have a monthly and yearly audit we assured the filing and documents are corrects. I do also a encoding in the computer to input the data from document or a hard copy to excel.
