Some of the services i have to offer include but are not limited to the following: - Guiding you through the design process: mood boards, space planning, schematic design, and design development - Producing 2D and 3D design drawings with the use of Chief Architect including plans, elevations, and renderings. - Provide you with technical drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, demolition plans, furniture & lighting plans, millwork/ cabinet/ shop drawings - Provide you with schedules, pricing, and budget spreadsheets. - Residential Design: Single-family housing, multi-family housing, renovations, additions, apartment layouts, villas, kitchen design, bathroom design, etc - Commercial Design: Office layout, shops, hotels, restaurants, etc. During the project contract: - I will send weekly updates about the project and ask for your feedback. - I will share weekly work progress: a set of drawings + walkthrough videos of the - I will schedule a 30-min video call to review the work and discuss any comments or changes you may have. - Full project details and requirements are necessary to produce accurate and timely drawings. - Email communication preferred to share notes, details, redlines, etc. Software I use: - Chief Architect - AutoCAD - Adobe Indesign - Adobe Photoshop - Microsoft 365 I'm looking forward to working with you!
