I have fixed computer are frozen while a user was still busy, so the steps I took to solve the issue was simple press Ctrl+alt+Del, the taskbar opened, and after that, I selected the "windows explore" application and "End task" after I opened new task which was "explorer.exe" to restart the system without switching it off and after that, the computer was back. One of many problems solved for an end-user was when OneDrive wasn't synchronizing some of the client files, so after investigated the issue, I was able to quickly solve the problem by removing that specific files out of one drive and past them back so that the drive will automatically re-sync the files. Another problem was when the client couldn't send emails from a shared mailbox from the finance department so the challenge was that the user didn't have permission to send from that email account, so the solution was quite simple, I needed to add the customer as a delegate to that email account which permits to him.Microsoft Teams
