Entertainment attorney of over a decade licensed in NY & CT with experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, consumer debt, SIJ petitions in family court and personal injury who's also an actress, singer, writer, model, podcaster and former production executive of a small indie film company. Master organizer, typing wiz, humorist, natural redhead and expert in sarcasm who's been told she's got a voice for voice over + would make a great host. Entertainment is my passion but I'm also good with the finances, translating the legalese in the contracts and playing devil's advocate. The hourly rate is for legal services; matters outside the legal space are negotiable within reasonable limits (you get what you pay for).Non-Disclosure Agreements

I am a skilled and experienced Contract Attorney and in-house counsel. I read, write, and edit contracts and agreements. This is all that I do. I can summarize, outline, point out liabilities, edit, redline, draft agreements. I can focus on one area or examine the entire agreement. I do Agreements, MSA's, SOW's, MFA's, NDA's, etc. I have extensive experience with the service industry and staffing agreements too. Many people believe they can review and read a contract. But it does take experience and skill to see the finer points and the important clauses. It is easy to have sections contradict each other or go down the slippery slope of unintended consequences. I've spotted issues in nearly every contract, especially from those drafted by major corporations! Don't assume you know the finer points or sign blindly without counsel. A contract is the framework for your entire business relationship, how you are paid, what you do, and how it can be dissolved.. Contracts and Agreements should not be, and need not be a hostile experience. It is a complex document that takes knowledge and experience to master. ATTORNEY ADVERTISEMENTNon-Disclosure Agreements
