Hi! My name is Laura Baran. I am an award-winning illustrator excited to bring your vision to life. Clients include AT&T, Bloomingdale’s, Louis Vuitton, Sergio Hudson x Monrowe, HarperCollins, Hay House, La Mer, The Standard Hotels, Meatpacking BID, and 4th Row Films. I hand-painted Monrowe brand hats for the Sergio Hudson SS22 Ready to Wear fashion show at New York Fashion week in February 2022. My paintings have been shown at Milk Gallery, Envoy Gallery and Lyons-Wier Gallery in New York City, Sager-Braudis Gallery in Missouri, and the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. I earned a BFA in Illustration with honors from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. The Society of Illustrators in New York awarded me the Effie Bowie Award for Excellence in Painting and a Scholarship to the Illustration Academy. I'm an expert painter and drawer. I can create realistic illustrations. I communicate well and with integrity. I'm an expert in acrylic, oil and watercolor painting as well as live sketching at events..
