I currently have 17 years of Human Resources experience and 7 years of payroll. My experiences are listed below. Recruit, Interview, and hire hourly and salary personnel. Communicate all federal, state, and local compliance issues to all employees. Assist facility leadership and staff with day-to-day issues. Assist employees with related concerns and matters including paycheck resolution, partial unemployment claims, pay rate questions, vacation balance inquiries, complaints and concerns of sensitive natures, and answering benefits questions. Conduct investigation on inappropriate behavior and allegations against employees. Provide necessary training and coaching to develop staff members as needed. Ensure all new hires enroll in insurance benefits within their 90 days of employment.
