This Zap automates the closed-won cycle to kick off the marketing onboarding campaigns in HubSpot with certain triggers from PandaDoc, Chargebee, and HubSpot. The marketing campaign that was created in HubSpot for renewals and upsells increased renewals and brand awareness for free tiers as well as every paying tier (30% increase in contract value and 76% decrease in customer churn rate). Prior to that being in place, the team was manually creating renewal emails. On the landing page side of operations, the strategies and operational structure Christina put in place, increased traffic by 25%, and the conversion rate increased by 5%. The strategies included progressive profiling, SEO facelifts, internal triggers, and outbound marketing this was all created by workflows and operational codes in OpsHub (HubSpot) and Marketing Hub (HubSpot).
