Consultation via an Upwork recorded Zoom call to discuss your project in greater detail. 2. Hire via Upwork and discuss hourly rate vs. milestone projects, billing, schedule kickoff call, etc. 3. NDA use the Upwork NDA, or you can provide a copy of your own NDA for signature and return. 4. Provide Content so I can review prior to our kickoff call. 5. Analyze your existing content, ask questions, develop options/solutions, and a path forward. 6. Project Kickoff Call to discuss project, schedule, responsibilities, expectations, tools, LMS, etc. 7. Create additional content, learning materials, storyboard, etc., for review and approval. 8. Design learning materials, customized elearning template, etc., for review and approval. 9. Develop learning materials, elearning module utilizing the approved content/elearning template. 10. Review your materials/course, make edits/changes (3 draft reviews is standard). 11. Finalize materials/course. If elearning, adjust menu, player, locking features, publish settings, etc. 12. Publish course to SCORM, API, MP4, or to your specific needs. 13. Test the course in your LMS to ensure functionality and make any additional tweaks, if necessary. 14. Deploy the course in your LMS and provide the final files. 15.
