Business Development and Research I have proven success developing business plans from infancy to high growth stages. • At Deloitte, I was the only sales resource in the East and responsible for relationship development, field marketing, evangelization of my team’s services and sales in excess of $100M both regionally and by Industry (Public Sector)- professional services and products. • At PwC, I was responsible for business development and marketing of alliance organizations. • At IBM and Adobe, I managed Marketing Service Providers, and positioned them within the sales organizations to ensure the account executives were optimizing the unique value that this group of partners (often competitive) could bring to their strategic clients. Howard Hunt Group is a privately held $100M + multi-channel marketing service provider with worldwide consultancies across Europe, North America, and South Africa. Celerity is an exclusive partner to Adobe in the US with a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing marketing automation solutions and data analysis. My key responsibility was to promote this new partner to the product sales and professional services teams within the US. Within the sales organizations, I utilized Celerity collateral at all internal events, reviewed the overall pipeline to insert Celerity offerings as alternatives and developed the overall value-propositions with Celerity leadership within the Office of the CEO, business development and US Operations. Each of us communicated similar scripts, cited relevant instances of success, and differentiated their brand from the other 2,000 partners in the Adobe ecosystem. The three largest events during my tenure were one Adobe sales kickoff and two Adobe Summits. At each event, I managed all introductions and key meetings to win Executive attention for Celerity. Prior to the sales kickoff, I worked closely with Celerity and Adobe’s Reference Account team to create an internal joint-press release. Additionally, I worked with Celerity to develop a client video and reference account. We used the video as a marketing campaign within the Adobe Inside Sales organization to position Celerity in conjunction with or as an alternative to Adobe professional services (due to budgets or resource limitations).
