Dineo is a Board and Committee Secretary for a Financial Institution. She has previously managed the Company Secretariat role for 3 years. Prior to care-taking the Company Secretariat role, she was supporting the Company Secretary and Legal, Risk and Compliance Manager. Daily assignments includes attending to the company secretariat duties, which is to schedule all the required meetings, prepare minutes, draft agenda and support the board, committees and executive management and assists with the facilitation of meetings during the proceedings and manage the board remuneration and attends to all the statutory requirements just to name a few. She has also worked as an Executive Assistant and Operations Assistant for 7 years and was managing all pillars of the company being recruitment, outsourcing, training, and attending to all ad-hoc assignments as and when required. In 2023 she attended the 2nd Corporate Governance Conference hosted by the Stellenbosch University in Cape Town. Interacting with a diverse range of people and attending to their requests and proactively assist as required is my speciality.

I am also the founder and Compass of the Dineo Foundation, a community development organization based in South Africa. Having been inspired by a poverty-stricken environment where youth pregnancy among girls is high and drug consumption among young boys is prevalent, I am convinced that my intervention through the Foundation will make a difference. I commenced this amazing journey of touching lives in 2012.

I am also studying the CGISA Company/Board Secretariat Programme at the NQF Level 8 with the Chartered Governance Institution of Southern Africa. I hold a BA Degree in Public Management and Governance, an Advanced Higher Certificate in Local Governance and Management (Distinction), a Higher Certificate in Local Governance and Management (Distinction) obtained the qualifications at the University of Johannesburg and a Business Risk Management Certificate obtained from the University of Cape Town. I also has the following qualifications the African Insights and Artificial Intelligence in the 4IR certificates obtained from the University of Johannesburg. She is the member of the Institute of Directors South Africa (IODSA).
I am a qualified IT Technician, obtained the qualification at Boston City Campus and Business College and has the following additional accolades, a Call Centre certificate from Cornerstone HR. She has also attended short courses in Payroll Administration, Pastel Express Version 14, Pastel My Business Online, ITC & Recruitment Search Portal, Fundamentals of Starting & Running a Business, Fundamentals in Business Expansion and Stakeholder Management and Communications.
2024, I was selected for the YALI-RLC-SA Online Cohort. YALI is the Young African Leader Initiative which aims to support African Leaders by providing core training in contemporary African issues as well as specialised training in business and entrepreneurship, civic leadership and public management.
2022, I was amongst the humanitarians who attended the Global Citizen Festival held in Accra, Ghana, a global campaign event that everyone, everywhere can get involved in to support the rallying cry to end extreme poverty.
2018, I was selected among the top 10 young social entrepreneurs nationally by Monash South Africa through its MSA Lead Fellowship Programme, in partnership with the Youth Action Net, International Youth Foundation and International Laureate Universities. She walked away with a recognition award as well as a certificate.
July 2019, I attended the 10th University Scholars Leadership Symposium in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A programme organised by the Humanitarian Affairs Asia in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Malaysia. She currently holds a certificate of successfully completing the programme from the University of Kuala Lumpur.
