Then after a few months of handling financial accounts, I was then moved to TELECOMMUNICATION - Bell mobility and Virgin mobile. I tooked calls for like a few months and then I was promoted to be a Team Lead. After a few months of handling a team. I decided to move to a different position as an Operations Management desk. There I worked as a Real-time analyst for the same program. My tasks include real-time monitoring and handling of reports to be sent to the client on an hourly basis. I took the job seriously and then lasted for like 2 years I think. Then the opportunity to work from home comes, I got plenty of clients starting with Performology where I worked as a Lead Generation specialist. The program ended so I looked for another client. Then this time I was hired as a Chat Support specialist for MAssive Sapporo, which handles AIRBNB listings in Sapporo. My primary tasks are to answer customer concerns during inquiries, booking, and during guests' stay. My tenure with the company lasted for like almost 3 years then this Pandemic happened. The company decided to shorten its manpower, and unfortunately, I am one of those employees whose contract got suspended.
