My clients include American Humane (for their Military Working Dog reunification work), VXI Global (corporate media assets), Massolit (virtual academic course media), Beauty of the Nile (documentary interviews), American Home Stories (reality tv "Beyond the Close" and "Surviving Mann"), and other local and virtual collaborations. With my Canon R6 Mark 2, my still photography includes informal portraiture, event photography, corporate headshots, and fine art landscape and architectural photography. I use a Canon R6, Z Cam E2 S6 cinema camera, and Canon XA40 videocamera to shoot high and ultra high definition video that centers on people: collage artists, spiritual leaders, human potential mentors, athletes, and activists. I have done just about everything you can imagine on a video/film shoot, so I am comfortable in almost any job you need, but my areas of expertise lie in directing, writing, camera operation, cinematography, and editing. I am a graduate of the year-long Harold Ramis Film School program at The Second City. There I learned the fine art of comedic storytelling. It taught me how to craft engaging stories and characters both on the page and in the editing suite. It also taught me the Second City philosophy of "Yes, and" which I feel is an essential tool in professional work regardless of what you do. It teaches you to always build upon and enrich the ideas of others and never tear them down. I feel that's just a good life lesson to abide by I used to work at a video equipment rental house and between that job and my 8 years of work I've had hands-on experience with almost every camera system you can imagine. I cut my teeth on RED camera systems (RED One, Scarlet-X, Epic Dragon, Epic-W) and I've used just about every type of Canon camera they've put out. My personal daily driver is a Fujifilm X-T3, a newer mirrorless hybrid camera that shoots 10-Bit 4K ProRes 422 up to 60fps and up to 400mbps. It creates a beautiful image for video and even better for photography, which I also do on the side as a headshot/portrait and product photographer. I'm a firm believer that you should always be educating yourself and getting better at your craft. I am a constantly evolving filmmaker and content creator who loves collaborating with others, and I would love to share my knowledge and expertise with as many people as possible.

Hello All! My name is Kendall Hill, and I am a freelance photographer, writer, and events curator based between Chicago and Milan and open to work in both America and Europe. At the core, I love visual language and I'm passionate about telling stories. My core artistic language comes from a creative background in the fine art world, where I have curated shows and community happenings for the children and artists of Chicago over the last decade. I am the former Art Programs Coordinator for the Chicago Public Schools District, where I specialized in curating our visual art events and large-scale festivals. I also have created my own events throughout Chicago, throwing an annual block party (called Angel's Lane) every August in my homeotnw where thousands of people attend. As a photographer and videographer, I have worked up and down the line. I have assisted on major brand shoots and fashion marketing campaigns, as well as being the lead on event documentation, long-form storytelling, and my own creative projects made with collaborators around America. I have worked in Los Angeles, Austin, NYC, and of course - Chicago. I am currently an Artist In Residence in Milan at the Via Farini VIR program, housed in the city's major cultural institution Fabbrica Del Vapore. I am currently working on new photography projects at the resdiency, and working part time as a copywriter for a worldwide marketing agency that promotes concerts and tours from major artists performing throughout the USA. I have written digital copy for artists such as BLACKPINK, Bob Dylan, Alessia Cara, Wardruna, ATLiens, and many more.
