Hi there! I lead a Done-For-You service that can help you scale your B2B outreach efforts. We help you find and eliminate the biggest bottlenecks in your marketing and sales pipelines. Our service heavily leverages principles from lean manufacturing (Toyota, Tesla, SpaceX), and AI (OpenAI, Claude, Grok, etc) to completely revamp your processes. We could be ‘competing’ with other options you likely considered, so let’s address them first: – Path A: You hire a freelance developer or a no-code automation team using Zapier and Make –– The great ones: They can build really good tools, follow your instructions to the tea, but may take a few weeks to deliver. –– The worst ones: They'll mess up with subpar automations that break all the time, and take months to launch. Both likely do what you tell them to do. You ride the burden if they are slow and underperform. – Path B: You build the automations yourself, or in-house with your team. — The great ones: Allow you to connect around all your apps, and with a few hundred dollars a month of spent and hours of your work keep it all together. — The worst ones: Tend to have you jump from platform to platform after having enamored you with features you thought were good. End up not gaining your user adoption. You still need someone (our yourself?) dedicated to thinking how to update the workflows. To troubleshoot when they break. It’s likely more costly to do it this way. Many of my Upwork clients just don’t have the budget nor the expertise to hire and lead a development team. ------------------------------------------------------- Now, if you DON’T have the bandwidth, nor the desire to deal with messy service-providers that need a lot of baby sitting AND especially if you really believe in the idea that shipping fast, and FOCUSING is very important: Our methodology is the scientific method. We are not re-inventing the wheel here. We are just using first-principles. Apply the scientific-method to your marketing/sales workflows, and we are born. We integrate everything that is good about hiring a freelancer: Cost-Effectiveness, Scalability, Abundance. And we remove everything that is bad: Bad quality, unusable work, impossible communications. -- What do you mean “bottlenecks”? Can you build the automations we need? What we offer to you is NOT just the implementation work, but rather the ability to use the principles of lean manufacturing to attack one bottleneck at the time. Bottlenecks are not simple to find. They are the disease behind the symptoms, and you may have many symptoms you'd want to solve. There is only ONE problem that solved can bring 80% of the results. That's where we want to focus. To be frank, we are not going to work on an automation because you or we think it would be "cool" to have it. That'd be a disservice to you and a waste of our efforts. We only work on an automation if by doing so we release whatever is limiting you from tangible growth. We are hackers by trade. We basically cut corners on your behalf, and get away with bringing you all the benefits. -- What about the tools? Do you use Zapier and Make? What about Clay? Look, we are tool agnostic. Whatever will get us the job done faster is the best. There are many things to consider when making a decision, and we prioritize deployment speed over everything else. The faster we make mistakes, the sooner we can fix them. We really do like Python though. We are ruled by one simple mantra: The biggest mistake engineers make is optimizing for stuff that should not exist. Question requirements. Delete. Optimize. Scale. Automate. In that order, not backwards. -- What about the cost of running such a service? We are way more cost-effective than mixing tools and having to pay a salary, and we can do it many times faster and more efficiently than your off-the-shelf “marketing automations” freelancer would.
