My diverse experience includes working with various industries such as World Bank, Donor Agencies, Commercial & Microfinance Banks, NGOs, Retail, Textile, Pharmaceutical, Cement, Power Transmission and Distribution, and leading business transformation consulting projects. I have demonstrated skills for assessment of cost components, modelling, and analysis technology in terms of TCO and ROI, review of the company’s existing ERP, gap analysis, evaluation, and reporting on business operations/processes.
In terms of my roles and responsibilities, I have led a team in IT Risk Assurance and Technology Advisory department, where I managed project evaluation, monitoring, quality assurance, technical review and internal controls for process design during digital transformation programs. I have also developed feasibility reports, market analysis, program roadmaps, procurement strategy and plan, RFPs for public/private sectors and international donor projects, and assisted in monitoring information systems procurement functions. My experience also includes conducting procurement activities in compliance with the World Bank regulations, Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, and completing the procurement cycles using all types of market approaches, selection methods, and contract arrangements for approximately USD $35 million.
Additionally, I have conducted lifecycle cost analysis for digital transformation programs in public and private sectors based on different business models for a project of approximately USD $44 million. I have presented to the donor agencies, concerned ministries, Board of Directors, and steering committees related to the program progress, risk/issues and way forward. My experience also includes end-to-end program management and quality assurance for digital transformation programs, where I prepared inception reports, project charters, project plans, managed and delivered work stream responsibilities, conducted risk management, and earned value analysis. I have also carried out a variety of ERP controls consulting projects covering business processes, access security, data conversion, system interfaces, and user acceptance testing for major information systems.
Moreover, I possess experience in business process requirement elicitation, business process automation, functional requirements, and business process management for ERP implementation. I have evaluated, designed, executed, measured, monitored, and controlled business processes to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals.
