Customer Service Story One day, a customer entered our office. He inquired about his package, and I went to check with the warehouse. Well, he had an excellent social profile, and he also had this sense of self-importance. Fortunately, my boss came in, in the course of our discussion. In my career, I have met so many different kinds of people, including different nationalities. I love serving people! What makes my day in the course of my work is seeing that I have helped someone solve a problem. It makes me delighted. Just as society is made up of different personalities, so are the customers. They are from the same society. Some are very good, and very willing to please, and some can be rather difficult, looking forward to making their point; however it comes out. I remember one time a boss told me, “…you talk to So-and-So. I can’t bear talking to her again.” And she was furious. She had just received a call from the So-and-So. I did call the person after some time, only to find there wasn’t a big issue after all. It seems I could go on and on! Do you need someone to serve your customers (emails and live chat)?
