Work with testers to identify bugs and possible enhancements that would contribute to better UI/UX experience and ADA compliance. Work with design team to plan and execute design and workflows based on client requirements. I manage multiple projects at a time. I make sure that the development timeline is on track from requirements elicitation to deployment. I coordinate with proponents for User Acceptance Testing. I oversee possible blockers for each project and plan solutions ahead. All requirements are well coordinated to pears. Coordinate with high-level management for status updates and possible projects for automations and enhancements. As a DevOps Engineer under Agile Methodology, I troubleshoot back-end issues and participated in deployments to enhance the process flow of each applications and process that my team handles within the sprint. I apply efficient methods for managing end user systems to minimize downtime and errors. Resolved complex issues and escalations with the given SLA. Participated in War Rooms to resolve Priority 1 and 2 tickets. Acts as the Release Manager during deployments. Worked on Service Requests and Incident Management. Also did enhancements for the applications and processes. Managed to work on high-level issues within the given turn around time. Created SOPs for each incidents handled as documentation and used as basis for future same cases. I also do well with conversing high level management to do reports and evaluations of certain tasks and projects. My customer service skills were trained over the years as I worked with different types of customers and higher management. I learned how to handle people with passion and built strong relationship to exceed their expectations. I am a team player and I ensure to help my team grow.
