JAVA course, GUI programming and SQL Databases – Mitrovica Innovation Center I do researches for "Navanti Group" from Washington since June in 2013. I conducted surveys exclusively in the north of Kosovo. These public opinion surveys were about the current political and security situation in Kosovo. I started to work with the NGO "Association for the capacity improvement, Media Pulse“ in September, 2014. Since then, I have worked on numerous projects, which referred to the capacity building of local NGOs, monitoring public institutions, as well as projects which were reffered to economic and social development of the municipality of Leposavic. I have also conducted researches and organized focus groups for other organizations that operate in the north of Kosovo. I also have experience in monitoring of local administration and related “watchdog” activities. I represent the „Media Pulse“ in Mitrovica Regional Monitoring Team, a standing platform of local CSOs for support to good governance in Mitrovica region. I volunteered in CPT (Centre for peace and tolerance, Pristine) and in ACC (Alternative Cultural Centre) during the period of two months (November and December in 2012.) as a part of Mercy Corps’s project(Mercy Corps) for the strengthening of non-governmental organizations in northern Kosovo. In ACC I took part in the setting of exhibitions and in debates that were organized here, and I also participated in organization of a series of events, the concerts and literary evenings were organized also in addition to exhibitions. In CPT I participated in several meetings with donors and in visiting returnee families in Kosovo. I gained basic knowledge about the work and functioning of NGOs in CPT. I worked for WSP in Sweden for the Malmö municipality for more than 3,5 years and completed many projects, such as Ölyckegården, Gottorps Gård, and Hammar 8:12, which included detailed design of the entire residential area, encompassing streets, intersections, pedestrian, and cycle paths, as well as park areas for recreation and stormwater management, along with quantity assessments. I also worked on projects like Vattentornsvägen and Kanalgatan, which included the reconstruction of a street, the design of connecting intersections and bus stops and ensuring the safety requirements of the urban environment around the site. Kanalgatan was converted into an urban street due to persistent issues with high speeds. The municipality of Kristianstad received a state grant to transform Kanalgatan (from Södra Kasernsgatan to Snapphanevägen - total length of 1200m) into a safer, more pedestrian- and cyclist-friendly urban street. The redesign included raising pedestrian and bicycle crossings, enhancing the bicycle path, narrowing the street to reduce speeds, and implementing new street lighting. Now I am working on solar power plants, their internal roads, connections to local infrastructure, and leveling the ground where solar panels will be placed.Project Planning
