She was responsible for International Supply Chain Management, Process Facility business design, Farm Operations business design, business case preparation, and strategic procurement. She initiated preliminary HR policies while formal policies were under development. She also prepared the strategic plan for a pending partnership with a Global 2000 Company. Finally, she began preparations for an Integrated Disease Management Plan. Dana graduated with a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
