En tant que community manager, je répondais aux demandes des clients par mails ainsi que via les réseaux sociaux et je m'occupais des procédures d'abonnement et de désabonnement tout en tenant à jour des tableaux. Cette activité a renforcé mon sens du contact client et de la relation communautaire. En tant qu'assistante rédaction, mes missions sont de rédiger des articles et de les mettre en page sur WordPress, de mettre à jour les informations sur le site et de planifier des posts Instagram.
