I am a dedicated and responsible person who enjoys working both as part of a team and individually. I am analytical and sociable. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, which includes skills such as identifying the needs of the company's various audiences and clients, developing the institutional image and reputation, effective oral and written communication; and in general, a good sense of interpersonal and intergovernmental relations, stakeholders and relevant actors in the sector. In addition, I have worked for several years in assistance and insurance companies, which gives me a clear sense of vocation for service and customer orientation. Similarly, having worked in an emergency response centre has given me the ability to prioritise in order to provide quick and effective solutions. As an example of my customer service skills, I worked at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia. I was responsible for providing assistance to travellers, including medical emergencies and accidents, for around 2,600 passengers from Argentina, Peru and Uruguay, as well as the participation insurance for the entire Argentine Football Association (AFA) team. I have also completed the course and am currently working on my Master's thesis in International Business Relations. The programme provides me with advanced knowledge of the commercial and regulatory opportunities and challenges that the region offers, as well as negotiation tools and a deep understanding of regional and global business. The current thesis, which focuses on e-commerce regulations, as well as the courses in bioeconomics and blockchain, demonstrate my curiosity about new technologies. In 2017, I had the opportunity to take part in the extremely selective competitive process of the National Foreign Service Entrance Competition, where I achieved the 42nd place in the national rankings out of 400 candidates. This demonstrates my deep interest in international affairs, my desire for self-improvement and my diplomatic skills. In addition, I will be actively involved in the start-up of one of the companies I worked for, developing the areas of marketing, regional expansion, communications and press, reimbursements, suppliers and IT. This experience has given me the ability to be dynamic and proactive, prioritise tasks, manage a variety of responsibilities and work to deadlines in an autonomous and adaptable manner. These skills are reinforced in my current experience as a Project Manager, playing the role of reference in the logistics and heavy lift of large engineering projects related to oil refineries, lithium mines, energy, etc. Similarly, my experience as a Sales Supervisor, Business Developer and Key Account Executive has allowed me to develop the ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategies accordingly. I have also been responsible for regional commercial expansion, opening offices in Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay and Uruguay, as well as organising and participating in regional trade fairs. Recently, I completed a post-graduate course in Business Intelligence, which allows you to make better decisions based on data and to look at the business globally in a macro sense. In terms of language skills, I hold the Cambridge FCE and IELTS English certificates, as well as an intermediate level of Portuguese. I have also studied French for 2 years. All of this demonstrates my enthusiasm for learning new languages. I see myself as an adaptable person, eager to learn new skills and to learn from others.
