An Electrical Engineering graduate from Carleton University in Ottawa Canada, Corey began his career with Nortel Networks after graduating with high distinction. They renovated the units and improved the property's financial standing. Throughout this time, Corey also managed renovations on their family home, selling it in 2018 for a record-breaking price in their neighbourhood. In 2018, Corey's family moved to Toronto and designed an energy-efficient dream home, featuring solar panels and hydronic in-floor heating. After moving into his new home in 2022, Corey left his tech career to become a full-time real estate investor, achieving his "Lifestyle Freedom Day" (a.k.a. retirement) through the deployment of over a dozen private mortgages on properties within Ontario.
